Nestled within a quaint, quiet courtyard, this property forms part of an enchanting cluster of five townhouses, each boasting over a century of history. Recently renovated to blend historical charm with modern functionality, these residences are ideally equipped for both living and working. The featured townhouse offers a thoughtfully designed layout with cozy bedrooms upstairs and a spacious living area with a private kitchen downstairs, providing a perfect balance of comfort and convenience.
Equipped with cutting knives, pots and pans, plates, bowls and cutlery. There is also a microwave, toaster, and hot water kettle. Washing/drying machines are installed. Towels and detergent will be provided.
It takes about 20-30 minutes to the house from Kyoto station by both, subway or taxi. The nearest subway station is Higashiyama station (東山駅). It is a 5-minute walk from the house. The nearest bus stop is called Jingu-michi (神宮道) which is a 3 minute walk from the house.
